The party seams too big. Maybe an artificer instead of a elemental(mage).
Or a wild Boar(tanker).
Or a charisma talk your way out of fights talking sword?(Party leader/buff bard)
Travel goblin, Rapier Tapir or Quest sprout? Could be a partyleader.
