I don’t think that’s her. the leaves on her head are too short and she is too round.
we can see that in her firtst appearance in CDX, and the design stayed consistent in DCCXXI and DCCXXII
It is, however, consistent with her first chronological appearance in DCCLXVII, where she is newly-formed by Greg.
It is possible that this is her dreamself and, as with Pest Sprout, she is appearing in an idealised form that doesn’t show the ravages of time.
