I was initially confused as to how the Beginner’s Blade was there for a moment, but after re-reading their recent appearances, it all made sense.
I wonder if the Clipclops can see through the horse’s eyes.
Choplet is truly seeing the world, and has a helpful sword with him. I love it
Given the language barrier, I’m not sure a talkling sword that appears to talk gibberish is that helpful.

Well, theoretically a beginner’s blade could have a translation service or a language teaching modal, so it can help as many beginners as possible.
But! Yes I agree with your premise for the most part. Though! It has eyes and can yell, so it could help at least as a look-out.
The poor creature is cursed with perfect hindsight.
