Either Harpe forgot, failed to recognise, or was unable to see, who was stood by her father the last time she saw him.

Or she thought gods might appear in a variety of forms in order to mess with mortals.

Or she didn’t realize that was Kargob. He didn’t exactly look anything like how she’s been shown to imagine him.

That’s some great logic there, Harpe, but you forgot one thing:

Kargob has eight eyes!

NAY SER! Our great lord Kargob obviously has negative 49 eyes, as stated by the Great Dyslexic Prophet of Cursive Font! You obviously aren’t drinking the sacred juices from the goblins! They are very trustworthy!
