So, Ryan’s uncle burned down his village and then kidnapped him? Damn. But what happened when Bread Knight’s dad saw him? And why did Uncle Wheaton do all this?

Good questions all.
I think the key is to know what order the events in DCIII take place.
Or, was the Toast Knight in DCIII actually a doppelganger of Uncle Wheaton? His buttered side, perhaps?

So the food kingdom, and by extension the condiment knight franchise, is real?

Also I wanna see a map of the swords world

Uncle Wheaton is listed as the Toast Knight in the episode card

What do you mean? Stabastion has always been with Bread Knight ever since he was little. The very first page that Stabastion ever appears in, page LXXXIX, even shows a little Bread Knight throwing Stabastion at a daggoat.

Bread Knight has always had Stabastian. You might be thinking of the Godsword Spirit inhabiting the core of Baltad’s Blade.

I’m not disputing that Uncle Wheaton is the Toast Knight.
After all, Ryan is always credited as the Bread Knight, despite also now being the Red Knight.
But this doesn’t necessarily preclude the possibility that an imposter burnt down Baguette Town, and is currently listed as “Toast Knight” because they haven’t been unmasked yet.
