I like that the Foil Fox’s weapon is an actual foil, i.e. a blunt, flexible weapon simulator for safe practice.

The safe practice is more from wearing the protective attire, than from the bluntness and flexibility of the foil.
And it is an actual weapon, not a simulator, with the ability to leave smarting bruises on protected skin, or inflict potentially hospitalising wounds on unprotected skin.
