It might just have been unintentinal, but it’s hilarious when you catch it.

It really does feel intentional (and I’m loving it) – most exclamations: the coffee golem’s “AROO~!”, the werewolf’s “GRRR!”, even the travel goblin’s “GULP!”, etc are in all caps, yet Guy’s exclamation is in the proper case for the abbreviation of Argentum: “Ag!”.
Since the transcript is shown in an all-caps font, copy/paste it to see for yourself.
There’s also the matter that, despite the comic font itself being all-caps with a relatively uniform character height, the “A” and “G” in the speech bubble are differently-sized
