She’s a seasoned adventurer, I’m sure she’s hugged plenty of swords before.
Wraith With Scar is Hellswing right? I’ve been trying to figure out when he died, and with him appearing in so many comics lately, we’ll probably learn soon. Since the both of the wraiths are at the battle with the Demon God, and here Mere and Chad have met, he must’ve gotten killed at some point in the year it took Bread Knight to find the Demon King.

I was thinking about that too! I was pretty sure he died while demons were attaching Hiltshire, the first time he introduced himself, but then I remembered his body was in the middle of nowhere in the woods. Guess we’ll find out…
I think he insulted Edgesmith in CCCXIII, so he died. They are even in a forest. We learned that he died shortly after in CCCXXXVIII.
