Oh my goodness yess! I’ve been so curious about this lore!!
-It seems like they’re all standing together but the Elf Demigod says they’re in a vision. Is that a sworb in front of them?
-Wow, the Dwarf Demigod is not taking their job seriously.
-Who’s protecting the Sword of Unspeakable Darkness? (Was that just a typo in the Gnome Demigod’s text?)
-Who is Bograk’s Champion?? Joy and Xiphos were the only ones to hold the sword…
-…nice move, Orc Demigod.
-Oh also the Troll still doesn’t seem to be wearing pants. Nice touch.
-(Yes it’s a little inconvenient to call them all just [species] Demigod but I really don’t know how else to talk about them…)
Oh hold on wait up a second. The Man Demigod has Argok’s Edge. You can see the tip of it in the third panel, with the tassel and everything!

Bograk’s Champion is probably Quest Sprout, considering the one-eyed sword is the Demon of Eternal Slumber. 2 of 4 of it’s appearances are Quest Sprout pages, and it’s possible that what’s happening to Quest Sprout now is it’s fault.
What’s the betting that the Demon of Eternal Slumber took the form of Dream Shield in order to tempt Qwesty?
He fixed the typo with the Gnome Demigod, so that seems to check out.
@FlamingKetchup Ooh, good point! Maybe that’s why Pest Sprout took away Quest Sprout’s sword, and why there’s a painting of them in the Wizard Ball. It could be their mom, too, or someone else having to do with them! At any rate, I think it has something to do with Quest Sprout. The timing seems a bit weird to me, though- considering that Sacred Oaths appears to be about to break loose. The Longsword of Time comic seems to show that as the end of the world, but there’s a sticky note on the quest board in the Adventur’r’s Tavern that says “7 eyed demon in the sky”. Anyway, good point!
@RBZ I think you’re right on point with this one (no pun intended). The shield appears to belong to Pest Sprout (AdefOfSneakyDarkness noticed it in the corner on Kid Napped), and Pest Sprout’s purple and orange coloring matches Eternal Slumber’s. Whatever the connection, there’s definitely something going on there.
Wow there’s so much theory to discuss. I’m so glad we finally got a major lore comic again.
