So if you check the list the Tourney Boy is keeping, the Demon King is on that list. Which is interesting because as far as I know he didn’t fight in the first round.
I suppose he just showed up because he knew a lot of important swords would also be there. I mean, jeez- all five godswords were there in some form…

Even the pose of the tourney boy is the same as marcel in the previous comic containing entrails
It’s not just that. Panels 1, 2 and 4 have the same poses between the two comics (although, Entrails is missing an arm in panel 4 of this one). Panel 2 in particular is very similar.
