the one that gets heavier is the best option. You stab into a monster and that sword will get so heavy it rips the monster on it’s way down.

Not if it’s made from an incredibly lightweight material that’s at least 100x lighter than the usual alloys.

I like the way you think, but swords are actually very light, weighing usually between 1-2 kg. My sparring messer is roughly 0.8 kg, and my longsword is about 1.3 kg.
So a 100 kg sword would certainly be troublesome for a choplet, but I wonder how effective it would be against a dragon, after the initial shock. And I doubt there are many heroes who could get that sword unstuck. Bad news if you don’t kill your foe with one swing.
