Given how lethal real life straw can be, if (mis)used correctly, maybe a Strawletto?
Although, that also sounds like Strawnetto, which would be an interesting ice cream.

That said, “The Last Straw” should really be the name of a vampire’s magic sword that they can suck your blood through like, well, like through a straw. Parry, riposte, instant juice box!
